2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts from the same mobile number, email address, or device are not permitted.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may cause issues with future withdrawals.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing access with others is not permitted.
• Accounts are non-transferable. Betting through someone else's account or allowing others to use yours is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• To make a withdrawal, deposited funds must be used in betting at least once.

5 Betting Rules & Result Determination

The following rules apply to placing bets on fd44. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — please review all details carefully before submitting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the "Cash Out" feature is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fd44 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Bets placed before a match begins will be refunded if the match is cancelled.
• In live betting, some bets may be rejected due to server delays — this is normal and non-compensable.
• If one or more selections in an accumulator bet are voided, the remaining selections will stand and the bet will continue.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fd44. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using false information.
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or gaining unauthorized access.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.

7 Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Fd44 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is a security risk to your account or hacking is suspected.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information has been provided.
• As directed by a court or legal authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months).
